Personal data is information that relates to your identity. This includes, for example, details such as name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.

You can generally visit our website without leaving any personal data, for example, if you only wish to find out more about our products and access the relevant pages. Any accesses to our homepage and each retrieval of a file stored on the homepage is logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following are logged: name of the file accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transmitted, notification of successful retrieval, web browser, and requesting domain. However, no personal data from you is transmitted in this process, and this information is stored separately from any possibly provided personal data. Additionally, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged.

In certain cases, however, we need your name and address as well as other details so that we can provide the requested services, including through our other offerings. These additional personal details are only collected and stored if you provide them voluntarily, such as when making an inquiry, applying for a job, or using other services we offer.

If you provide us with personal data, we use it only to answer your inquiries and process them as well as to fulfill our contractual obligations within our other offerings. Calendly

You have the option to book an appointment on my website. For appointment requests and selection, I use the online calendar “Calendly.” “Calendly” is a service offered by Calendly, LLC, 3423 Piedmont Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305-1754, United States.

When you click the corresponding booking button, you are automatically connected to my Calendly appointment account. After choosing your appointment, confirming, and entering your contact details and request, you will receive an email from Calendly confirming your appointment.

Your details from the Calendly form, including the data you provide there, are stored with me for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. This data remains with me until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage lapses (e.g., completed appointment). Mandatory statutory provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.

Prismic

We use Prismic as the content management system for our website. This is a service provided by Prismic Networks, Inc., 185 Alewife Brook Parkway, #410 Cambridge, MA 02138, hereinafter referred to as “Prismic.”

To display the content of our website, a connection to the Prismic servers is established when you access our website.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in optimizing and economically operating our website.

By establishing a connection to Prismic when you access our website, Prismic can determine from which website your request was sent and to which IP address to deliver the content.

Job Application

The application system is operated by TEAMProjekt Outsourcing GmbH, Am Prime Parc 17, 65479 Raunheim. TEAMProjekt Outsourcing GmbH is the data controller within the meaning of § 11 Federal Data Protection Act or Art. 28 GDPR and § 62 BDSG (new). We provide you with this privacy policy, which relates exclusively to data collected during the application process, to inform you about how we handle your personal data collected during the application process at TEAMProjekt Outsourcing GmbH. By submitting your application, you agree to these privacy provisions.

Personal Data in the Application Process

Personal data refers to information about the personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable individual. This includes information such as your name, address, telephone number, birthdate, as well as data about your career history, etc., which can reasonably be attributed to a specific person. Information that is not directly related to your real identity is not considered personal data.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data in the Application Process

Our privacy policies are in accordance with the GDPR and BDSG (new) as well as the Telemedia Act (TMG). When you apply for an open position or speculatively via our website’s application system, you voluntarily provide personal data and information (first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, as well as any attachments such as resume, cover letter, etc.). If you send us an application for an open position or on your own initiative by e-mail (bewerbung@tp-o.de, bewerbung@teamprojekt-outsourcing.de, jobs@tp-o.de), the encryption depends on your e-mail provider. The same applies to submissions via our applicant portal on www.teamprojekt-outsourcing.de. Responsible employees of our company may access the applicant database to fill open positions with suitable candidates.

Storage of Personal Data in the Application Process

Your personal data is stored exclusively for the purpose of filling the vacancy you have applied for. In addition, we reserve the right to store your data in our “Talent Pool” for 3 months after the end of the application process, in order to identify any further suitable positions for you. By submitting your application, you consent to storage beyond the legal requirements. You may withdraw this consent at any time and object to the storage of your data.

Deletion of Personal Data in the Application Process

You may contact us at any time by e-mail (datenschutz@teamprojekt-outsourcing.de) or by phone (06142/83786-0) to request the deletion of your data. Personal data will be routinely deleted after the application process is completed and in compliance with legal obligations.

Disclosure of Personal Data in the Application Process

Your personal data will only be disclosed if TEAMProjekt Outsourcing GmbH is legally required to do so or if necessary in cases of misuse or investigation. However, this requires concrete indications of unlawful or improper behavior. If ordered by a competent authority, we may provide information about this data (inventory data) in individual cases, particularly for law enforcement purposes.

Security of Personal Data in the Application Process

We, TEAMProjekt Outsourcing GmbH, and anyone involved in the application process are required to take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from misuse, unauthorized disclosure, and loss. These measures at least meet the requirements of § 64 BDSG (new).

Right to Information

You have the right to request information from us about your stored data in accordance with Article 15 GDPR and § 57 BDSG (new). Additionally, within the scope of Art. 16 ff. GDPR or § 58 BDSG (new), you have the right to request correction, deletion, and blocking of your personal data. 5. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties or to a Third Country

We will not disclose your data to third parties without a legal basis. We also do not transfer your data to a third country unless you yourself are located in a third country or contract processing requires the transfer of your data to a third country.

11. Hubspot

Our website uses HubSpot, a marketing automation software from HubSpot Inc., 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA, (“HubSpot”). HubSpot helps us analyze the use of our website.

In doing so, so-called “web beacons” are used and “cookies” are set, which are stored on your computer and allow us to analyze your use of the website. The information collected (e.g., IP address, geographic location, browser type, duration of visit, and pages accessed) is analyzed by HubSpot on our behalf to generate reports about your visit.

Certain usage data is linked to your person (for example, after you register in a form) and stored in our CRM. This allows us to provide you with information and offers specifically tailored to your interests.

In addition, we also use HubSpot to provide contact forms. You can find further information on this under section 2. b.

If you consent to the use of HubSpot, cookies will be set on your device and web beacons will be used. The legal basis for this is § 25 para. 1 TTDSG. Any subsequent processing of data is based on your consent given to us in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR.

The cookies used by Google Analytics have a lifespan of up to one year and one month and are intended to identify users and analyze their behavior.

When using HubSpot, we store your personal data as long as necessary to provide you with targeted information and offers.

By using HubSpot, your data may be transferred to the USA. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for data transfers to the USA. Data transfer is carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses as appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data, which we have included in a data processing agreement with HubSpot. 12. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to request information about the data stored about you, as well as its origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data is disclosed, and the purpose of storage. If your data stored with us is incorrect, you can also request correction. You can also request deletion of your data. We will comply with this deletion request without delay. Excluded from this are data that must be retained due to legal regulations or are required for proper business processing. In order to ensure that data can be blocked at any time, data is kept in a lock file for control purposes. If data is not covered by a statutory retention obligation, we will delete your data at your request. If the retention obligation applies, we will block your data.
