As part of our compliance regulations, we treat each other responsibly and fairly. Strict compliance with applicable law, internal rules, and our TEAMProjekt Code of Conduct is our top priority. TEAMProjekt's success is based on these values and principles of conduct, which we hold ourselves to. In order to consistently meet this standard, we have expanded our existing compliance regulations in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) to include a confidential whistleblower reporting system. Internal and external parties can use this system to submit reports. Qualified and experienced employees evaluate incoming reports and initiate appropriate investigative measures if a potential violation of the rules is identified. To ensure that reports can be processed in a structured and appropriate manner, it is important to formulate the issue specifically and to consider the five W questions (who? what? when? how? where?). All investigations are conducted with the utmost confidentiality and the associated information is processed in a protected and fair manner.
